Villa Royal Merchant, our villa located in the Kızıltaş region of Kalkan has a magnificent nature and sea view. Villa Royal Merchant has a capacity of 10 people with 5 bedrooms, making it ideal for families and groups of friends. Our villa has a large garden with a magnificent sea view, a pool, sun loungers, a seating area, a barbecue and a dining table. In addition, one of the rooms in the villa with a luxurious and modern design has a billiard table, dumbbells, a pull-up bar and a treadmill. There is a jacuzzi in one of the bedrooms and on the terrace of our villa. You can choose Villa Royal Merchant to have a fun holiday with your loved ones.

Kitchen: The bright and spacious American kitchen with a modern design includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave oven, kettle, dining table, dinnerware and cooking utensils.

Living Room: The living room with a view has a comfortable seating area, TV and air conditioning. There is a passage from the living room to the pool terrace.

Deposit Payments: Damage Deposit is taken before entering the villa and is returned when leaving the villa. According to the conditions of return of the deposit, there should be no damage, loss, missing or broken items in the villa during the usage period. We can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and/or Euros based on current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: New guest check-in time is determined as 4:00 p.m. and check-out time is determined as 10:00 in the morning for each villa. You need to leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team can prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16:00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city centre, public transportation service cannot be provided. Guests who want to rent a paid transfer or a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer air transportation, the closest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who travel by private vehicle.

Location: Due to the geographical location of our region, it consists of settlements positioned on very steep mountain slopes. For this reason, there are hilly roads and stabilized (dirt) roads during transportation to the villas. In addition, it is possible to encounter natural life surprises (flies, insects, bees, etc.) when you are in the villages within the scope of our villas located outside the centre.

5th Bedroom: The bedroom on the terrace floor has 1 double bed, wardrobe, air conditioning, dressing table, wardrobe, jacuzzi, balcony, bathroom and toilet.
