An ideal choice especially for those who love to be in touch with nature, Villa Ateş attracts attention with its modern architecture and stylish design. Villa Ateş provides the perfect accommodation for a family of four or a group of friends with its spacious and airy interiors. The villa, which has two specially designed bedrooms, has all the modern facilities that guests may need. The private pool in the villa's large and sheltered garden provides an ideal environment to cool off on hot summer days. The sun loungers and seating areas in the garden offer an environment where you can enjoy the sun and have peaceful moments. Perhaps the most striking feature of Villa Ateş is its magnificent view. You can have your breakfast against the unique nature of İslamlar or watch the sunset. Villa Hava İslamlar, Villa Toprak İslamlar and Villa Su İslamlar villas, located right next to our villa, are our next-door neighbours.

Kitchen: The American kitchen, which has a modern and stylish appearance with black cabinets, includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, stove, oven, microwave oven, kettle, dining table, dinner set and cooking utensils.

Living Room: The bright and spacious modern living room includes a comfortable seating group, TV, DVD player, satellite receiver, air conditioning. There is also a passage from the living room to the pool terrace.

Deposit Payments: The Damage Deposit is taken before entering the villa and is returned when leaving the villa. According to the conditions of return of the deposit, there should be no damage, loss, missing or broken items in the villa during the usage period. We can make your payment in American Dollars, British Pounds and/or Euros based on the current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: New Guest Check-in Time is 16:00 and Check-out Time is 10:00 in the morning for each villa. You need to leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered to our new guests ready at 16:00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Guests who want to rent a paid transfer or a car can request support from our sales consultants. The closest airport for our guests who prefer air transportation is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who provide transportation by private vehicle.

Location: Due to the geographical location of our region, it consists of settlements positioned on very steep mountain slopes. For this reason, there are hilly roads and stabilized (dirt) roads during transportation to the villas. In addition, it is possible to encounter natural life surprises (flies, insects, bees, etc.) when you are in the villages within the scope of our villas outside the centre.
