Villa Otantik is located in the Ortaalan region of Kalkan, which is famous for its magnificent nature views, crystal clear sea and historical places. Our villa hosts a family of 10 with 6 bedrooms in the best way. Villa Otantik with its sea view provides our guests with a peaceful and serene stay thanks to being surrounded by natural beauties. Watching the sunset with magnificent views from the terrace and balconies of our villa will give you unforgettable memories. The location of our villa is within walking distance of the beaches in the centre of Kalkan and the beach pleasure is also at your service.

Living Room: There is a sofa set, air conditioning, TV and fireplace in the living room with a natural view.

Kitchen: There is a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, dining table for 10 people, dining set for 10 people, built-in oven, built-in stove, kettle, toaster, pan, pot set and all the necessary kitchen utensils in the American kitchen.

Deposit Payments: Damage Deposit is taken before entering the villa and is returned when leaving the villa. According to the conditions of return of the deposit, there should be no damage, loss, missing or broken items in the villa during the usage period. We can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pound and/or Euro based on the current exchange rates, which will be equivalent to the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: New Guest Check-in Time is determined as 16:00 and Check-out Time is 10:00 in the morning in each villa. You need to leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team can prepare the villas for our other guests. Villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16:00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city centre, public transportation service cannot be provided. Guests who want to rent a paid transfer or a car can request support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer air transportation, the closest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who use private vehicles.

Location: Due to the geographical location of our region, it consists of settlements located on very steep mountain slopes. For this reason, there are hilly roads and stabilized (dirt) roads during transportation to the villas. In addition, it is possible to encounter natural life surprises (flies, insects, bees, etc.) when you are in the villages within the scope of our villas located outside the centre.
