Villa Aldeniz 2 is a summer villa with a magnificent sea view, located in Kalkan Kördere. It has a capacity of 4 people with 2 bedrooms and you can see the magnificent sea view from every room, this carefully decorated villa has a jacuzzi in 2 bedrooms and is 2 minutes away from Kalkan centre. Villa Aldeniz 1 is our villa close to the city centre and has a sea view.

NOTE: The last 250 meters of our villa are steep.

Living room: There is a seating group, TV, air conditioning and coffee table. There is access to the pool terrace.

Kitchen: There is a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave oven, toaster, dining table, dinner sets, cutlery, pots and pans and glasses in the modern American kitchen.

Note: We do not give a 100% Conservative Guarantee for all villas designated as Conservative.

Deposit Payments: Damage Deposit is taken before entering the villa and is returned when leaving the villa. According to the conditions of return of the deposit, there should be no damage, loss, missing or broken items in the villa during the usage period. We can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and/or Euro based on the current exchange rates, which will be equivalent to the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: New Guest Check-in Time is determined as 16:00 and Check-out Time is 10:00 in the morning in each villa. You need to leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team can prepare the villas for our other guests. Villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16:00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Guests who want to rent a paid transfer or a car can request support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer air transportation, the closest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who use private vehicles.

Location: Due to the geographical location of our region, it consists of settlements located on very steep mountain slopes. For this reason, there are hilly roads and stabilized (dirt) roads during transportation to the villas. In addition, it is possible to encounter natural life surprises (flies, insects, bees, etc.) when you are in the villages within the scope of our villas located outside the centre.
