Villa Buse Duo, located in the Kalkan Ortaalan region, has a magnificent sea view and has 6 bedrooms and a capacity of 12 people. Our villa is ideal for large families and groups of friends. Our villa has an infinity pool, sun loungers, a seating corner, a barbecue area and a dining area where you can enjoy your meal while watching the sunset in its unique sea view garden. In addition, one of the rooms of our villa with its modern design has a table football, table tennis, billiards and sports equipment. Villa Buse Duo is ideal for an unforgettable holiday with your loved ones.

Kitchen: The fully equipped, spacious and bright American kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, stove, oven, microwave oven, toaster, toaster, dining table, dinner set and cooking utensils.

Living Room: The modern living room with a magnificent sea view includes a comfortable seating group, TV, DVD player, satellite receiver, air conditioning, iron and ironing board. There is a passage from the living room to the pool terrace.

Villa Buse Duo has 5 en suite bedrooms, each with sea and nature views. One of these rooms has a private jacuzzi. All rooms have balconies with unique sea and nature views.

Game Room: This spacious room reserved for entertainment has a pool table, table football, table tennis and a treadmill.

Deposit Payments: Damage Deposit is Taken Before Checking In to the Villa and Returned When Leaving the Villa. According to the Deposit Refund Conditions, There Should Be No Damage, Loss, Missing or Broken Items in the Villa During the Duration of Use. We Can Make Your Payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and/or Euros Based on Current Exchange Rates, Equivalent to the Deposit Amount.

Check-In and Check-Out Information: New Guest Check-In Time is 16:00 in the Noon and Check-Out Time is 10:00 in the Morning in Each Villa. You need to leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas of our other guests. The villas are delivered to our new guests at 16:00.

Transportation: Public transportation service cannot be provided due to the distance of our villas to the city centre. Guests who want to rent a paid transfer or a car can request support from our sales consultants. The closest airport for our guests who prefer air transportation is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who travel by private vehicle.

Location: Due to the geographical location of our region, it consists of settlements positioned on very steep mountain slopes. For this reason, there are hilly roads and stabilized (dirt) roads during transportation to the villas. In addition, you can encounter natural life surprises (flies, insects, bees, etc.) when you are in the villages within the scope of our villas located outside the centre.
