Villa Pine Breeze: Villa Çam Esintisi, located in the village of Islamlar in Kalkan, is a one-bedroom and conservative villa. It is located in nature. Suitable for honeymoon couples and nuclear families, our villa is 15-20 minutes drive from Kalkan centre and public beach.

Kitchen: Modern American kitchen.  Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Oven, 4 burner cooker (built-in), electric kettle, dinner set for 4 people, Pan, Pots, Cutlery etc.

Deposit Payments:  Damage Deposit is taken before entering the villa and is returned when leaving the villa. According to the return conditions of the deposit, there should be no damage, loss, loss, loss, or broken items in the villa. We can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and / or Euros based on the current exchange rates, which will be equivalent to the deposit amount. 

Entrance and Exit Information :  In each of our villas, the new guest check-in time is 16.00 noon and the check-out time is 10.00 in the morning. You must leave your room on time for our special cleaning team to carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. Villas are delivered to our new guests ready at 16.00.

Transportation :  Due to the distance of our villas from the city centre, public transport service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to rent a paid transfer or car can request support from our Sales Consultants. For our guests who prefer airways, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our Sales Consultants share location information and directions for our guests travelling by private car.

Location : Due to the geographical location of our region, it consists of settlements located on very steep mountain slopes. For this reason, there are slope roads and stabilised (soil) roads during access to the villas. In addition, within the scope of our villas outside the centre, it is possible to encounter natural life surprises (flies, insects, bees, etc.) when found in the village.
