Cancellation and refund policy
From the moment you make the payment for the villa/apartment/apartment price deposited into our account (by EFT, or by Money Order, or by Credit Card "in one shot or in installments", or in Cash, or by Mail Order, or etc.), In case of cancellations made up to 30 days before your check-in date, your entire prepayment fee will be forfeited, because this entire payment has been made as a prepayment to the owner of the villa/apartment/flat. You must pay the remaining amount to us in cash at the time of entering the villa/apartment/flat.
Customer can cancel their trip before the trip starts. The customer's cancellation notification must be made in writing to Eco Villa Kalkan, and notifications not made in writing cannot be accepted.
In cases of cancellation, Eco Villa Kalkan will charge the customer a certain percentage of the total cost of the services specified in the travel agreement in order to cover the precautions and expenses taken regarding the travel. These amounts were determined as follows.
Cancellation conditions;
a) The deposit sent for reservation is absolutely non-refundable.
b) If it is up to the 30th day before the start of the trip, the customer must pay 35% of the total travel cost.
c) If it occurs between the 29th day before the start of the trip and the day of the start of the trip, or if the customer does not arrive at all, the customer must pay 100% of the travel cost.If the customer, upon his own request, pays the entire price of the villa/apartment/flat to Eco Villa Kalkan (by EFT, by money order, in cash or in a single payment by credit card), the payment will be made to the villa/aparta/flat within 30 days from the moment of payment. In case of cancellations, 35% (thirty-five percent) of the paid amount will be forfeited. The remaining 65% (sixty-five percent) will be refunded to the account number you provide. Shipping costs will also be deducted from this money. Because 35% (thirty-five percent) of this price was made as a prepayment to the villa/apartment/flat owner.
If the reservation cancellation occurs 30 days or less before the date of entry to the villa/apartta/apartment, or if you do not enter the villa/apart/apartment and there is no accommodation in the villa/apartta/apartment, the total travel fee you have paid will not be refunded to the customer.
Financial losses, commission fees, etc. that will be incurred by Eco Villa Kalkan, the State of the Republic of Turkey, the bank or banks, arising from the refund of payments made by credit card. Such loads are deducted from the money to be returned to the customer.
If, for any reason, the villa/apartment/flat reservation is canceled unilaterally by Eco Villa Kalkan, this situation will be notified to the customer as soon as possible. If there is an equivalent villa/apartment/flat in our portfolio that is available for the same dates, it will be recommended to the customer. In cases where the customer does not approve and does not fall under the "force majeure" clause, the money received will be returned to the customer. Villa Extra is not responsible and cannot be held responsible for any damages arising from reservations canceled by Villa Extra. The customer's previously purchased flight ticket, bus ticket, rented car, boat, transfer service and etc. also hotel accommodation or hostel etc. accommodation fees etc. All kinds of details he has paid, permissions he has received from private companies or the state, etc. Villa Extra is absolutely not responsible for all details and cannot be held responsible. The customer renting the Villa/Apartment/Flat agrees to take this into consideration.
In addition, for some of our villas/apartments/flats (specified on the villa/apart/flat website detail page), the entire deposit paid and the full amount for these villas/apartments/flats (specified on the villa/apart/flat website detail page; 30 days before or 60 days before the reservation date) For villas/apartments/flats where the full villa rental fee must be paid the day before), the total villa/apartment/flats rental fee will be collected from the customer. Even if the reservation is canceled, no fees will be refunded.
If the customer does not make the remaining payment on time, Eco Villa Kalkan reserves the right to cancel the reservation in question, not to refund the previously paid fee and to make another reservation for this villa/apartment/flat.
Reservation cancellations can be made in writing (by e-mail or registered letter). Reservation cancellations made by phone are absolutely not valid. Reservation cancellations are valid from the moment Eco Villa Kalkan receives the letter.
Eco Villa Kalkan cannot be held responsible for the non-use of the villa/apartment/apartment, including cases of termination of the contract without due written notice or a reason arising from the customer's fault, provided that this agreement is valid from the reservation confirmation with the express declaration of the parties. The entire price shown in the contract becomes due on the agreed delivery date of the villa/apartment/flat, and all legal rights of Eco Villa Kalkan in this regard are reserved.
